Default 2012f-150

I have a 2012 -F150. 50,000 miles.I have a random misfire in cylinders 3,6and7. Hoffman Ford replaced the coil in 3 and fuel injectors i 3,6, and 7. The misfire is only under heavy acceleration. The truck drives find around town under normal acceleration. Now they are telling me that the valves in cylinder 3 are working fine under normal driving conditions and sticking under heavy acceleration. They are also telling me that 6 and 7 are miss firing because they are compensating for 3. They want to do a valve job. Does this make sense and has anyone else had a similar problem?

Did they do a compression test on those cylinders? There are ways to tell if the valves are leaking.

Yes they did. They said that it has good compression.
