Default 2012 platinum heated/cooled seats

Hey all. I have a 2012 platinum 3.5 crew. Having an issue with the heated/cooled seats.
Passenger side works as intend, drivers does not heat.
Checked codes with ForScan, there's a DCSM fault for overheat. Cleared the codes, heat worked.
Next day, non-functional.
Read that the filters on the TED blower can cause issue, I have the updated style now.
Cleared codes again and, set up ForScan to monitor.
Drivers side cools but, not as good as the passenger. Passenger heats like it should. Turning on her on the driver's side, it gets near 50c and gives a fault.
Is it likely that I need to just replace the TED on the driver's side? Also, is it sold as a complete unit with the TEC included or, is that separate?

Thank you in advance!

The TEDs are all-in-one units. So, if it isn't a control module issue, and not a wiring issue, it's the TED. There are 2 per seat.

Right on. I'll start with wither swapping the drivers with the passenger bottom and see if it still says overheat. If it does I'lol order a new.
Hopefully thats all it is

Replaced the lower TED on the driver's side, cleared the overheat codes with ForScan and, we're back in business.
