Default 2012 FX4 height question????

I have a 12 FX4 and was looking at putting a 2" level on to clear some raptor wheels and tires. I measured the top of the well(with factory flares) and I am currently sitting at 38" front and 38.5 back??? I also noticed that my truck does not seem to sit as high has a 4x4 I looked at at the Ford dealer the other day??? I was wondering if the prior owner stuck a level kit on it already but i couldn't see or really know what i was looking for? Can someone chime in and let me know what their height to the center of the wheel well is on a stock 12 FX4 please???

I have a 2013 FX4 and it measures the same exact numbers as yours does and mine is stock.
