Hey guys have. 12 ecoboosf f150, last week after a 5 hour trip pulling trailer with a few stops it randomly started miss firing and having low rpm at idle wouldn’t let me give any throttle, with no codes. Then truck just stopped starting found blown 25 amp fuel pump fuse. Replaced and has driven fine for a week with no other issues until tonight, drove home from work about an hour and a half got to the store went inside upon returning the truck started but was running extremely rough no codes again, checked all fuses found nothing, truck would start but rough idle then shut down within 30 seconds now no start at all. Any thoughts

 

Man this is a tough one. Maybe it has something to do with the computer. PCM. I have an older truck 1998 and had issues with no codes. It turned out to be the harness to the PCM was a little corroded. It's probably not your issue but you never know. Good luck.

 

The only 25A fuses in the BJB (Battery Junction Box) are supposed to be...So... If there was a 25A fuse for the "fuel pump relay power" (slot # 27) someone was attempting to bypass the 20A fuse that is supposed to occupy that slot and address the burnt fuse issue addressed by TSB 15-0137 - BATTERY JUNCTION BOX FUSE 27 - CRANK NO START, LOSS OF RPM AND/OR MALFUNCTION INDICATOR LAMP (MIL) ILLUMINATED WITH DTCS *.attachment.

Recommend getting the kit thereby relocating the fuse.
