2012 Eco Shake
Hey guys, my father in law has a 2012 Eco that he says he's had some weird shaking going on at speed. I read some of the posts on here about the shaking, but none seemed to be like what he has, unless I overlooked it. Anyway, what he says happens is that at highway speeds, the truck will start shaking and lose power to the point that he will have to pull over. He said if he turns the truck off and starts it back it will fix it, sometimes for a few miles, sometimes up to 100 miles before it shakes again. The funny thing is he said it also happened when he was coasting down hill. He has a three of the coil packs changed over the course of having the truck and all the plugs. The truck has around 135,000 miles and he's owned it since new. Anyone know what could be happening?

Drill the intercooler weep hole
Change the plugs to SP 534's gapped at .030
Clean the throttle body
Reset the trucks KAM and throttle position sensor.

Weep hole removes all of the crud that's built up in the intercooler.
Kam reset clears the transmissions learned habits. Same with the throttle reset.
