2012 5.0l engine whining

Hello I have a 2012 5.0 that has a real bad whining noise, I have replaced all idlers, tensioners and belts, not sure where to look next

Does the whining stop if the serpentine belt is removed? Does it whine all the time? Increase in pitch when the engine is revved? Could be water pump or alternator pulley.

If you don't know how to troubleshoot, which requires experience, take it to someone who will save you money by finding the problem.
