Default 2012 3.5 P0365 and p0369

I replaced the valve cover and heard a weird noise when I first cranked it after replacing it. But one of the intakes was disconnected by accident. After tightening it back on I cranked the truck and cranked up fine no noises nothing. After that I got a p0365 and p0369 code. I’ve replaced both cmp sensors on that side and also replaced the vct solenoids afterwards. I also hear a loud sound of air rushing when I get over 2600 rpm’s and you can hear the turbo going in and out and loss of power. I’ve never had this happen until afterwards.
