2011 XLT A/C Controls and SYNC issues

2011 XLT A/C Controls and SYNC issues
On my 2011 XLT, the 1 and 2 level on the fan control doesn't work (3 and 4 work without issue) and the SYNC system doesn't work.
You hit the AUX button to try to use SYNC and it just goes back to radio.
Any suggestions other than the obvious of checking fuses? I tried checking the fuses for anything related to SYNC already and all the fuses seem to be fine.
Forgive my lack of knowledge, just now starting my research.

Check the fuse in the passenger 6footwell fuse 19 if I remember will reset sync.
The fan sounds like bad contacts
