Default 2011 Wheels, offset question (38 vs 13)

I have a 2011 FX4 that I am about to level and do the wheel and tire dance to find the right ones. I am fairly stuck on the D. Cepek GM-7

https://www.dickcepek.com/wheels.php?item=GunMetal7

I have seen one member (UIN2IT) sport these wheels with the 13mm offset. They look really good but stuck out a good bit requiring extended fenders after awhile which I would rather not do. It seems they have an 20x8-1/2 that will fiit our pattern as well with a 38mm offset. I believe this is closer to to the stock size wheel.

I have been looking at forum threads about wheels until i was blind but am unable to find any real specific discussion around a +38mm wheel. I plan to run a 295/65R20 or something similar.

Question is, will this size fit the truck without rubbing the a-arms yet not sticking out too far, will a 295 tire fit it (I assume since I have seen 295s on stock 20" wheel)

Any pics of trucks on a 38mm wheel?

Thanks all!

Anyone have any pics of a 38+ wheel fitted. Add tire size if you do please. Thanks for the help so far!
