2011 SCREW Lariat Ecoboost, weird electrical problems
Morning all,
My 2011 Ecoboost SCREW is having some weird, frustrating problems. Stupid stuff really, but I want to figure out how to fix it!
When the truck is running, the dome lights, vanity lights in the mirror, and map lights won't light up. The dome and map lights will light up when the door is opened. Not sure about the vanity mirrors.
Sometimes the key fob will work, sometimes it won't, to unlock/lock the doors. Batteries are new in both fobs. The more full my hands with packages or the harder it's raining, the less likely it seems to want to work at that moment .
AND, the stereo -- media doesn't want to recognize any of the USB or Bluetooth devices sometimes. I have to pull off the road, turn off the truck and restart the engine for it to recognize the phone. This problem is infrequent, but just throwing it out there on the laundry list of problems.
About the only thing I've done to the truck is replace the inside cab bulbs with LED bulbs. Any advice on where to start?
Thanks y'all!
