Josh doesn't monitor this forum anymore. He left the name of his replacement somewhere on here, search Tasca and maybe you'll find it. Or try their web site.

There is a thread in this section with instructions and pics for install. 5 min for total install. Hopefully you find a cool dealer that wont charge you $150.00 to cut keys and turn on the remote start in the comp.

The key is just a standard key fob with 4 buttons.

My friend who bought this already had the option turned on by the dealer before he received this. From what the directions look like, everything is under the passenger dash by the glove box.

Basically you are paying for the two keys. The other stuff in the photo is just the antenna. All the smarts are already in the truck.

He's installing it tonight.

open the pass door, pop off the plate that covers the side of the dash (comes strait out) look below the a/c duct and you will see a small box attached to the dash closest to where your right knee would be sitting in the pass seat. Its where the TPMS monitor is.

There is a socket under where a plug is already connected. Plug it in there, and then secure the antenna behind the glove box and you are set.

The dealer will have to hook the truck up to enable remote start. Thats the only pain.
