Default 2011 heater only working on high

My heater is only working on high #4. Its not working on 1 2 or 3 setting . Has any one else had this problem. Whats the chance its just the control **** and not the heater. Any help on how to check which one its is . Thanks for any help

If you're talking about fan speed, then it sounds like your 'blower motor resistor' is bad...

Agreed blower motor resistor. $20 part 5 min fix.
