Default 2011 FX4 Leveling Kit issue.

I have a 2011 FX4 Screw 5.0. I recently put a 3" spacer on with rear add-a-leaf and 295/60/20 trail grapplers. The lift went on without a problem and I had an alignment done right after. The ride is great and the truck looks great. We had some snow a few days ago and I needed to put it in 4x4 for the first time since the lift and tires and the 4x4 won't fully engage. The front driveshaft spins so I know its not the transfer case. I get a light "clicking" sound from the front end, but the wheels won't turn. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem after installing a leveling kit on their truck, and what the fix was. Thanks

I think its a vacuum line (think its vacuum) that controls it, I can't think of the name, but I'm pretty sure thats the problem.

Haha, yea I joined when I had my 2000 F-150 and blew both head gaskets, I bought my '11 little over a year ago. I'll get some pics up soon. And thanks for the input, it's definately possible I damaged a vacuum line, I'll look into it.
