2011 fuel issues
2011 5.0 auto FX4
Runs rich at idle, fuel mileage is terrible.
9.0 to best of 10.7
codes 2196 2198
all factory, I do have a tuner I tried, but it runs really rough and dies when tuned so I put it back to stock.
maf is clean, looks new too
Any idea?

Code P2196 is a result of the oxygen A/F sensor incorrectly detecting the air to fuel ratio of the exhaust. This ratio is sent to the ECM which uses this data, along with comparisons to the outside air, to regulate the air to fuel ratio needed by the engine.
