Yes I would assume the wetsuit material would do its job and "insulate" there for reducing the amount of heat you receive through to your backside! lol

My state you can carry weapon in glovebox or truck without conceal permit, you can open carry everywhere without and with you can conceal on your person. As was mentioned, just know what states around you or are palnning to visit have resiprocity, most around me do.

here is a good reference site for knowing what states honor your permit

nice seat covers, btw. I see we have similar tastes (here's mine).

what color is that in the middle? I got #11 charcoal but yours look a little lighter, might be the picture though.

Wow, I never saw your post - interesting that it also turned into a debate about concealed carry.

I ordered samples, and was undecided between charcoal (#11) and light grey (#21), but eventually went with #21.

I sure hope the hype about these seat covers is true. Time will tell...

I also ordered samples. Overall, i've been very happy with Wet Okole and the customer service. I ordered the seat covers for my rear seats and the headrest covers did not fit. They sent me three sets before they got them to fit! Not sure what the problem was, but they were very responsive. They also made a mistake on the rear bottom seat cover (it was incompatible with the seat belt in the middle of the seat). They immediately sent a new one.

I've heard the most common complaint is fading over time, so I plan on using their UV protector.

they were expensive, but I'm planning on keeping my truck for a long time so I think it's a worthy investment, along with my weathertech floor mats.

Mine were $299 for the front seats, including gun tote and the zippered pockets on the seat backs, and $259 for the back seat covers. plus shipping.

So did the Heller decision not settle our right to have a firearm in our truck. I live in MS, and I called the HP headquarters in TX and LA and they both said my truck was an extension of my home. Said it was better to have a permit to keep officer calmer, LOL. I do not have to have a permit to carry in these three states and I can have it concealed or not concealed and loaded ready to fire. Seats looked great!!!!

Question question

Hi:

New member, saw your post (excellent post) after a google search and joined to ask you a question.

I have finished haggling and my dealer is trying to locate an Ecobost xlt 4x4 crew for me (trading my 2003 F150 with 184,00 miles).

My golden uses this truck and I am thinking about getting the Orvis back seat covers you posted about. Which size did you get for your crew xlt? And are you still happy with them?

Thanks for an excellent and informative post.

Default Oakly seat covers

Great Purchase. I bought almost the same set 10 years ago for my F350. Just now showing wear with high use. May be expensive but well worth it in the end.
