Default 2011 f150

I have got at 2011 F150, 5.0 super crew with 86,000 miles.
I really like the truck, however, it doesn't run as well as it did when it was new.
It runs smoothly, but it doesn't have the pickup it did.
I talked the the dealer where I work part time, and he suggested new plugs. They made no difference.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
Greg

Yes, it has been replaced recently. I thought I might have an injector problem. I dumped several cans of Sea Foam in the tank to clean the injectors, I think it helped some.
Everyone says the winter blend gas is pretty poor. I never get the mileage in the winter that I do in the summer. The last tank of fuel, the mileage is coming back up. Maybe it will self correct.
Still open for suggestions.

When you changed the plugs what did you gap them at? I changed mine and went a little lower than what the specs said and it made a world of a difference.

Might have to pull a few and check them moody dealers are too lazy to check the gap. If they used the motorcraft plugs they needed to be regapped lower before putting them in. When I replaced mine all them came about .53 and gapped them to .45.
