Default 2011 Eco Stolen!! But Found a Replacement! + questions about lift

I have to park my truck in the street due to driveway size. So i left with my family for a vacation we came back and GONE!!!! i filed a report and claim and it wasn't found. So insurance gave me 24500. It was an 2011 xlt eco screw 2wd with 3.15. I was going to mod it out and try and make it the fastest eco on the road. In fact i was going to order new gears and performance parts that week!!!
So i decided to go with a 09 platinum 5.4 4x4 3.55 that i got for 30000 (it has 50k miles on it) out the door. Its been great for the week I've had it. Im planning on lifting or leveling this (2 inch or 4 inch) and changing wheels and tires if i get the lift. I will either go with rancho for a set of quick lift 2 inch shocks or bds for a 4 inch lift. How much do you think i could get for my platinum wheels and michelin tires with only 5k on them? Or if possible i will keep my platinum wheels which have a 6.5 inch backspacing but the bds calls for 5.5 inch backspacing. So will a 1 inch spacer work ok or have problems? Will i need to regear for 35 inch tires on a lift or 34 on a level? Also what would mpg be with this setup?
Please feel free to show pics of you 4 inch lift or 2 inch level!

I'd do a 4 inch with 35s, that looks perfect especially on a platinum! I'd figure around 11-12 city, 14-15 highway with that. You won't need to regear, but definitely get a tuner!

Well on a good day when i go a good distance in the city i get around 13 mpg. So how mich would a 4 inch lift on 35's drop that number?

First off, terribly sorry to hear of your misfortune of getting your truck stolen, but it sounds like you are happy with the replacement! I have the Rancho 4" lift on mine and am running 35's and have for 6yrs. if you care to take a look at my profile, I have pics of it. I use mine as a daily driver so I am in limbo if I want to go any higher or not. With my gear change I am guessing that my mileage is better than 13mpg. To be honest, I have never actually sat down and figured out my mpg.

If you're running 35's it can go either way but I would recommend that you re-gear

Go with the Ranch 4" lift kit and add the 35" tires.
