2011 Center console is a black hole
I have a 2011 SCREW XLT.
Does anyone know the factory part number for a organizer for this to make it more usable? Any aftermarket piece that fits in the console?
I mean it's nothing but a armrest with a cup holder.
Like a table between two arm chairs that does not have a shelf on it to put a cd or magazine or tv remote.

Politically incorrect
I measured the inside and went to my local Target and picked up a plastic bin to keep everything from flying around in there. I can now put things in the bin or in front and find them easily. They should have come with compartments, shelves or something in there!

I know the feeling. That sucker is huge. It would probably hold a lot of ice and beer though.

Agreed!
Why doesn't it have an upper tray?
It's dangerous to go routing through the "foot locker" while driving.
Ford failed on this.
I will eventually have to make a tray that fits in there unless an aftermarket company already did this?
If anyone knows of one please advise.

OP: the few people on here that I've seen complain have gone to Walmart or wherever and just bought whatever small storage bins/trays that worked best for them. And what is up with the million swirlies in your pic?
Buz: It does have a tray that sits on the top. Personally, I love how big the console is. Besides it's better to have too much room than not enough

I complained about Chester's console being too big right after I bought him.
Now, I wish it was bigger, cuz I gotz lotz and lotz of stuff in mine. Same with my Du-hardy-Ha.

Some people may have misunderstood me. I like how big it is. I just wish there was a removable tray on top for things like change, pens, gum, you know things you use a lot vs. crap you don't which can go underneath.
My truck did not come with such a tray.
