2011 6.2 cant burn the tires!

Has nothing to do with horsepower as that is the most redneck idiot inbred way to determine horsepower. The brakes hold too strong in the rear or Ford made it so it cuts power when your foot is on the brake. Its pretty common in cars today, I know my buddies Nissan Titan did the same thing until he cut some wire under the dash. Now he can sit there til the sun goes down spinning his tires. People are retards "can that thing do a burnout? duh uhh yup, must be fast". I had a 3 cylinder rental Geo Metro automoatic that would do burnouts, just put on the ebrake as you start to go. That thing must been fast then right?
Try rolling out a little then stab the brake and gas HARD. Careful, in my old Tacoma it would just push the front end around.

Haha sometimes I miss being in high school and just doing burnouts all over town just cause I could.
I'm not calling anyone a kid either I just don't have that mentality anymore. Now I'm like "over $200 a piece for tires? I think I'll pass." I wish I could be that care free again

I have 305 toyo at's and i can hit the gas and leave two black strips for 35 feet.
Maybe since mine are wider than stick abd less psi on the tiress, but the blizzacks would too.
I have a five star tune that makes the throttle response much more noticeable. They remove the factory torque nannies for the first 2 gears.
Tune made a big differenc in unleashing the beast.

you remember the problem with toyotas not stopping/unintended acceleration? Well, most companies by then even had brake override in most of their vehicles. I'd bet that Ford has a similar system where if you're on the brakes, it cuts throttle. I know Nissan does that.
And no, I doubt you can shut it off.
big difference between laying a strip from a stop and power braking to get it going...if you need to use your brakes to get the tires to break loose, you either have too much traction or too little power.
