You should take it to the dealer in the morning and trade it for an ecoboost.... or 5.0

I've only tried it once in my 5.0 but try not holding the brake so hard. Just hold it down hard enough to keep the truck from moving.

Hold the trac button for like 5 seconds should flash and turn completely off, just hitting the button limits the traction control but its still there.

my 2010 5.4 with 3.55LS didn't have a problem. my old Pirellis went out in a blaze of glory. your engine must just really suck.

Probably shouldnt try this if you don't know the mechanics behind it!

You just need to push hard enough on the brakes to keep the front bias locked up but the rears will be overcome but the HP and spin the rears.

Funny enough, I tried this the other day too and was having difficulty. Held down the traction button for 10 seconds and it all turned off, but I couldnt get it to break traction for the life of me.
