I should have Lemon Lawed mine months ago.
Contacted one of those online lemon law lawyers yesterday. I am expecting some sort of contact tomorrow. Should be an interesting conversation considering that my dealership has refused to look at my problem, stating that they don't know how to fix it. Even if it happens to get better through summer I still have until the middle of October.

I put 600 pounds in the bed and from a dead stop, I can get it to shudder between 5 and 10 MPH every time.

640 miles today pulling the Jeep on a trailer. First tank avg was 9.5 on 87 octane. 2nd leg was with 91 octane and avg 11.5. Shuddered off/on the entire day...once nearly bounced the GPS off the dash and wife looked at me and asked what the hell is that? Towing up grades was the worst for the shudder ... very very disappointed in the truck. Spent most of the day wishing I hadn't sold my 2007 Duramax classic. The best way I can describe it is it feels like all four wheels are out of round ... yet at times it's glass smooth. Drove 65 mph the entire day.

Sweet looking.....but not so fast. My 5.0 has a shudder of it's own. Started around 8k miles (12k on the clock now) Feels like a tranny issue to me.

I have to call BS on the condensation issue. Yesterday I passed a tractor trailer at WOT. About 1/2 mile later I hit a small grade and guess what ........

I'm gonna have to stick to a tranny problem or wastegate issue.

On the bright side, you'll have a choice!
