Got mine back today from a 2 day stay at the dealer and it was no fault found across the board. Big surprise!
On intermittent rough idle, they didn't duplicate it but said it was probably bad winter blend fuel. OK, maybe I can buy that . . . maybe!
On MPGs going to crap, they went out on a 20 mile drive @ only 55mph and eventually got the display to read 21mpg, came back and said "it's within spec".
Um, during the first three months of ownership, @55mph I would be pushing 25mpg unless I'm fighting wind, not 21. I could get 21 @ 70mph unless I'm fighting wind. There was NO wind today here and 65 degrees. About the best driving conditions you could ask for.
My BS meter is pegged. But they said that is their standard they use so what are you gonna do?
The shudder @ 55mph was no fault found. I asked what inclines around here they went up since there aren't many in this part of Kansas? Well, they didn't remember.
The falling on its face in high humidity was no fault found. They just romped on it after their 20 mile drive at 55mph and it didn't fall on its face.
My case worker said she had to close out my case with Ford based on all the no fault founds though she did offer to call me in a month to see how things were going?
I think at this point I am going to wait until I know for sure I have summer blend fuel back in the truck and see if my MPGs come back and rough idle goes away. If it does, then I'll buy another 500 gallon tank for the farm and put summer blend fuel in it before fall. Not everyone can do that but sharing it 4 ways with other family members the price won't be so bad.
Then it's just a matter of Ford fixing the shudder and falling on its face problems BEFORE my 12 month lemon law period expires. The falling on its face when you need the throttle is going to get people killed and I won't live with that one. Come July, if we don't have a fix for intercooler condensation, regardless of other issues, I will have to lemon law this. Just hope we don't get killed in the meantime. My wife's already afraid to drive it.

Jason,
Looking forward to the follow up details.
“One” it should show how serious Ford Motor is in getting this fixed. “Two” it should show if the Dealer is willing to step up to the plate, and not just say “It’s Normal”.
Question: Sam’s 5 Star is supposed to be one of the Best Texas service departments in the state. When you say “no resolution”. Does that mean there is “no problem”? or does that mean “there is a problem and they have no answers yet?”
Thanks, keep us posted.

Plus I had to call them 2 weeks after I got my truck back since my advisor failed to follow up with me from the "engineer's" thoughts on the data puled from the truck. Very disapponted with them.

Misfire Vid
http://youtu.be/IpVlwWsoeRY
At :20 is the first misfire downshift, notice the trans goes to 3rd gear, RPMs peg, and the speed goes from ~66 to ~73.
After I talk to my freaked out lab in the back seat, the truck responsed as it should...
thoughts?

Curious, how often does this happen for you?
As I posted above, my local dealer just went out for a 20 mile drive at 55mph and got up to 21mpg, then romped down on it once and the truck did not fall on its face so they "no fault found" both problems.
I've only had mine fall on it face 5 times now total. Problem is it can get you killed when it happens though.

This issue has forced me off the highway once and caused others to slam on their brakes to avoid me once (both times in the rain).
They cannot re-create the issue if it is a clear day.
