I suppose this is carrying the theme too far but one can dream.

I found the mirrors on this site actually, from another member. Look in the 2009+ parts sales threads. Tons of people are upgrading to tow mirrors...so they're looking to sell their stock ones. The climate control I got off of ebay...ya gotta watch it though, there are tons of ones without the heated switch.

Other than that it was very easy...once I get home tonite and on a computer I'll link the thread.
I got an stx. After putting the hd heads in I want a darker black grill like the fx appearance package. Do u feel the same way. What grill do u think would look good.

Slyyder sorry bud but that wouldn't work due to the heater plenum only having 1 temp blend door and motor
The vehicles with dual temp have a heater box with 2 doors and 2 motors to control temp

I'm not entirely sure what the fx appearance package grills look like. Pic?

I like the emblems...I think they'd go well on my truck, with the black and red

I figured that would be the case. Thanks for the confirmation.

5 year thread resurrect!

Had some damage done to the front end due to some crap falling in my garage. Need to keep the truck for awhile, so I decided to fix it. Considering I do this for a living, it was a no brainer.

Disassembly and body work done

Sandblasted the bumper(not part of the damage) figured I'd do it while it's apart. It was chipped and rusting
Primed the body work

Notice the windshield is out? That was cracked from the junk hitting it. While it was out I fixed some rust spots on the roof as well.

This was sanded and taped. I've sealed it here with epoxy primer as sealer

Layed it down as smooth as possible
