Default 2010 Trip Computer

I changed from regular oil to using synthetic oil every oil change. I want to change the interval on the computer, the message the pops up on the odometer " OIL CHANGE REQUIRED" from 3000 to 5000 miles. Is that possible and if so how?

Sorry I can't answer your question specifically, maybe someone can, but, at 5k intervals, which I've done, I just count by 5. As in 60,65,70,75,80,85, etc. whenever I get to a odometer reading of a multiple of 5, time for a change. If I go under or over, I don't worry about it, just stick to the 5s.

The standard default 100% is ~7,500-miles. Change the default to (say) 60% or some value near that. *It's all in the owner's manual.

(owner's manual) Don't have one -OR- would like a digital, searchable desktop document?
