Time for a bulletin?
Awesome information!
I just got back from Ford today after 3hrs and a reflash and I still had no power on the highway. 2 mins searching this forum and another 5mins taking airbox out and guess what......problem fixed (also a loose piece of foam). They made me an appointment for next thursday for tranmission specialist.
I guess we should become ford mechanics!!!

1. For me to investigate and monitor my 2010 for this foam lining issue
.2. With multiple same incidents, Ford should have a bulletin out for this problem.

Yes! This was a great post, very valuable information and also clearly shows how important these forums are!
Just picked up my Platinum last week and you know I'll be looking in the intake this weekend for loose foam.
