I think I'm getting ready to buy a 2010 SCREW XLT and have a question about the head unit size. I anticipate replacing the the stock radio with a double din NAV/DVD but Crutchfield only lists size "E" for this model. I'm pretty sure I have seen double din dash kits for the XLT but I just want to see if anyone has first hand knowledge. I have checked the metraonline site but their fit guide is a little confusing. Thanks.

 

Yes, you can put a double or single din aftermarket radio in the truck as long as you buy the dash kit. Lots of folks have done it and I wouldn't think you'll have any problems bro.

 

I just put a double din unit in my 2010.
Get the metra kit to mount it. Works fine.
