Default 2010 fx4 dying

My 2010 f150 fx4 5.4l 85000 miles died on me this morning coming up to a stoplight. The check engine light came on immediately and when I started it again it immediately died again. I then started it in neutral and gave it gas and put it in drive and was able to drive, it proceeded to die every stoplight I came to. It was running rough when not on the gas.

The mechanic pulled p193c as the code. Although by the time I got it to him the check engine light was off. He mentioned the fuel pressure regulator or fuel temperature sensor.

Anyone have any idea which to do? I'm pretty handy and can probably change the parts but don't want to waste money on parts that aren't bad.

I was able to drive it home with no CEL and no dying. Is it temperature related? It was 40 degrees this morning.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you recently fill up? Could be your evap purge valve going bad.

I just got back from a trip 4 hours away 280 miles both ways. The last time I filled up was before the 280 mile drive home.
