Default 2010 Ford F150 FX4 aftermarket remote start

Having a issue understanding the 2 relays at the bottom of this picture. The relays in the dotted box...there are no clear instructions for these. I'm wondering where the ING2 & ACC2 wires go too. Any help is appreciated. Ty

Your truck may already have the internals for a remote start.
Open your hood; and look for a button/depressor around the upper frame under the hood.
It should look similar to this:

If you have that plunger; you probably have the integrated remote start.
All you would need to do is order a couple remote start keys, cut and program them, and enable remote start in forscan.

I'm wondering where the ING2 & ACC2 wires go too. Any help is appreciated.
It depends on if your trucks ignition harness supports these wires.
Here is a generic harness wiring diagram taken from online (no ign2 or acc2):

Battery VIOLET/RED (+) IGNITION SWITCH
Ignition 1 WHITE/ ORANGE (+) IGNITION SWITCH

Accessory 1 VIOLET/GREEN (+) IGNITION SWITCH

Starter 1 BLUE/WHITE (+) IGNITION SWITCH

Key Sense BLUE/GRAY (-) IGNITION SWITCH

Parking Lights VIOLET/WHITE (+) SJB C2280E PIN 6

Brake Lights VIOLET/WHITE (+) BRAKE SWITCH

Horn BLUE/WHITE (-) STEERING COLUMN HARNESS

I'm 99% sure remote start wasn't a factory option on 2010s. That looks like an MPC remote start by the diagram, and I don't think those relays are needed. On mine those relays were needed if you didn't tap into the obd wires for the rpm sense, or something similar to that. A little more info on what system this is would be helpful.

The relays are only needed if you have more than one Ignition/Accessory wire you need to power up in order for the truck to run. But on a 2010, you only have 1 ignition wire and 1 accessory wire, so don't worry about installing those relays.
