2010 f150 starting problem
My 2010 f150 fx4 5.4L doesn't start right. It will crank over idle up to 2000rpm then slowly idle down to a normal rpm, if i throw it in reverse right away it will run rough then die and be really hard to fire it up. Then when it does fire white smoke comes out of the exhaust till it warma up. It Only does this in the mornings or after a long work shift. No engine light has come on.
What could it be? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks for the help. I did have this code http://www.obd-codes.com/p0172a couple months ago but had a friend clear it and it hasnt caused the engine light to come back on since. i think it probably relates to this by the looks of it or it is the same problem u had.
