I'm having almost this exact same issue with my 2010 F150. Truck has 114k on it.
Approx once per week, will crank but wont start.
Only happens in the morning
If I try it again around noon, it will usually start up.
Once it starts, it will start all day and wont give me issue until morning (I'm in and out of my truck all day, so usually start it 5 to 10 times per day).
Once its running, it runs perfect.
I've taken it in multiple times, but there are no error codes and of course it always starts when its at the shop so they can't do much.
Replaced the ignition switch and battery.
Seems likely culprits could be computer, fuel pump, theft, or??

Is there any way to test the above on the days it is starting?
