2010 F-150 5.4 Transmission Pan Gasket Replacement
I have a 2010 with the 5.4 and today I noticed it was leaking trans fluid and I am 99 percent sure it's coming from the back of the pan. I'm going to drop the pan install a new filter and gasket my only concern is since these trucks have no dipstick or filler neck/tube how the hell am I going to get the fluid in? Is the only option adding it in through the lines? Anyone else replace their gasket before and there is an easier or simpler way to add the fluid?
Thanks!
Thanks!

The leak is likely from the bulkhead connector. Make sure you swap that out. The gasket is reusable.
The dipstick is on the passenger side next to the cat. 19mm wrench to remove. I took a standard tranny funnel, put some clear hose on the end of it and ran it down to the trans to fill from the engine bay.

That plug was what was leaking on mine also.
As a temporally patch I sprayed around that plug with brake cleaner & siliconed heavily between the plug & the trans case (didnt remove anything), sad to say but that was roughly 4yrs ago but its not leaking.
