My 2010 5.4 was hesitating when downshifting in tow/haul mode. Often when it did downshift it "slammed" into gear hard enough to make me worry about the U joints.

I took it to the dealer a couple of weeks ago where they promptly "fried" the PCM.

I am now told that a new PCM will not be available until late September.

Does this seem correct?
