I've got a 2009 f150 4x4 xl, the transmission started hesitation going into drive then as I was going down the highway and let off throttle it would down shift on it's own like it was searching for a gear, any ideas ?

 

Have you checked the transmission fluid?

 

Yes all good, and clean, not sure when p.o. changed it but it has been changed, the truck just turned over 100k miles
