Hey guys. So I have a 2009 fx4 and out of the blue my sync usb stopped working. I use my ipod with USB cable. My ipod works fine and I bought a brand new USB cable. The track titles still show up on the trucks display and I can skip songs but nothing will play. Any ideas?

 

Try restarting both. That means unhooking the truck battery for 15 minutes.

 

Mine did that years back & I think I had ended up having to reactivate it again from fords SYNC website.
