Default 2009 OEM Looking Navigation

I have been searching the forums for some good information/products for an aftermarket oem looking nav.

I have an 09 Platinum with sync and the sony sound system. I read some information on Rosen and they have a factory looking nav that integrates well but cannot find a seller and I also ready it doesn't work with the sony system.

Can someone point me in the right direction here?

Thanks

I have been looking lately as well. The Rosen is appealing based on price, but has poor reviews, smaller screen, etc.

Im leaning towards Advent. Looks factory, great reviews, and cheaper than OEM (although not by much!).

Advent is the way to go. Although the new Alpine looks pretty good with the Ford install kit that looks factory

Advent doesn't support the 09 model. There is an issue with analog and digital signals from the steering wheel as well as the interface with the CANBUS system. You can search through for more or Walt with ADC can get you good. ...

So I cannot do the advent for my 09 and plus when I look at it I have two rows of buttons below the sync screen and the advent only has one so it won't work that way either.

Any other options? If I use an aftermarket can I keep the sync fully functional. It just seems like a cluster F*$% when integrating to sync. That is why I liked the rosen and plus its 300 bucks... but I am for sure willing to spend more.

I do see some aftermarket chineese units on ebay but don't really trust them.

I would be ok with the rosen but I read that it does not work with the sony system... Why can it not work and if there a way to get it to work. There is literally no information on this.

You can still retain all sync and steering wheel controls with this unit and the F150 install kit
