Default 2009 ford e150

had shop replace center drag link and tie rod end , took to alignment shop was told for some reason they can not align the wheels , any ideas what is wrong

A lot of alignment shops will not mess with Twin I Beam suspension and your E150 still has it.
The best way to find out is ask them why though.
