Post 2009 f150 xlt. Pricing

Hi I looking for info. I'm test driving a f150 xlt crew cab.
I has 136,000 miles. Truck runs great. The price seems high 14,999.

There's some small dents in front and back bumpers. Was keyed passenger rear door. Scratch on driver sided fender. Needs new tires. Back driver side bench won't lock down, cored busted. Ebrake don't work, I pull lever to release the ebrake it won't release. Have to pull lever with foot. To make light go off.
A.c. don't work. And driver side mirror is broke out.
I really like the truck im just trying to find a good price. Let me know what u all think.

That seems pretty high for a truck over 100k and the A/C doesn't work. I would keep looking. Have you checked KBB and nada just to get a ballpark price?

Just for some more perspective, last month I paid $14,500 for my 2010 XLT SCREW 4x2 with 120K miles. It was an "old man" truck so it was immaculate.

I got my truck (in sig) last month for $16,900 with 70k miles. Granted it's 2wd though.

What engine does it have and have you looked up the common problems to make sure yours isn't showing signs of any of them?
