Hey guys, I have a 2009 F-150 with a tailgate step. I bought it used thus I have a couple minor items that I found need to be fixed. One is part of the tailgate step is broken.

When you open up the tailgate step on the rods there are these little plastic clips that assist with guiding the extension rods. My passenger side is there and fine however the drivers side is missing.

Anyone know where I can find these clips? Most junk yards want to sell me the entire assembly. A local guy had a brand new tailgate step assembly from a F250 but I'm not sure if it's the same.
Suggestions?

Already read and responded to it. Just wanted to find out if there was a clip solution yet.

 

Found the solution, clip comes with a new roller.
