I have a 2.5" and fit 295-70-R18's. No rubbing. If yours is a 2" I would say some minor trimming. No biggie.

When I originally did my 2" leveling kit I had 35" tires but had rubbing when I was backing up wheels cranked. I just trimmed. I did get an aftermarket prerunner bumper though so I cannot remember if it rubbed badly up front or not.

I had a 2" inch level with 3" rear block with 295/70/18 nitto terra grapplers on my 2012 fx4 no rubbing. They were the factory rims and no trimming required for me.

Check my signature. Had to trim so turning on flat terrain didn't rub. Only rubs when wheel cranked and on slope (i.e. driveway.) Will do some more trimming later but atm not to bad.
