Default 1st Ford

Just wanted to say this is the first ford I have ever owned and I'm very happy with it, after owning it for about 2 months now. I figured I would post something positive, since it seems everyone comes on this site to just bitch. Its a big *** truck your not going to get 30mpg, not a big surprise there. If you need 30mpg then get a Kia. I guess I'm just getting tired of all the ungreatful sons a bitches on this site and in this country.... Ok done venting.

I just got like 3-4 compliments on my truck yesterday..... from women :P Did they give a F that it got 12-17 mpg instead of 23 like it says on ford.com? No, no they didn't... and neither do I.

Yah, not another one of those I don't get posts, I have a 97 4x4 and will be picking up a 2012 Lariat next week. Called the dealer today to see what discounts will be in effect, still have the $750 Ford trade-in discount and 0% financing.

I have read so much negative about the Eco it makes me wonder, I wish there were more postitive posts, so when I do accept delivery on mine it will nothing but positive, in fact its already a great vehicle. Could ask for anything better, I am just happy that I could actually afford such a fine vehicle.

The ecoboost is a great motor. It and the 5.0, cant go wrong either way. I have an ecoboost, and love it. Dont expect 24 mpg or anything. Be realistic about it, and you wont be disappointed.
