Default -19 offset wheels

Anyone have a -19 offset wheel or close to it????
Im looking at a wheel/tire package. 20 x 10 wheel with 35x12.50x20 tire. He said the rim would have a -19 offset. He also said the rim would stick out 2-2.5 inches past the fenders.. with a 3-4inch lip.
Anyone have thoughts on how this will look?

I didn't think you could fit that offset without a lift. Does it rub a lot??? I'm waiting on mine to show.

It's a very tight squeeze. I do have a 2" level on it and had to trim the front a little. Here's what it looks like at full turn

I've only had them for 2 days so I can't say yet. So far I haven't heard it throwing stones yet though.
