Default 17" too small for fx4?

guy at one 4 wheel house said he wouldn't recommend 17" wheels on my truck because it would be too close to the rotor. don't the raptors run 17s? does this depend on the backspacing? is he off?

Raptors and most XL/XLTs run 17s. You'll be fine.

Most 17's will fit...gotta watch the backspacing/offset

17's arent a problem they come on our trucks and the raptors. but yeah watch the backspace. check the backspace on raptor or the xlt 17's and go from there.

these are 17" and they work perfect. I'm running raptor take off BFG's

Plus, the littler the rim/bigger the tire wall, the better they are for offroading.
