Wondered is there was constant power near one of the Screw taillights? It's a pain having to open my drivers door and turning the lights on to ensure the cap light stays on while I'm working in the bed. Anyone have any thoughts?

Yeah, you could use anything as long as its constant, but thinking about it, it should already be constant power so it'll just be separating it from the interior lights and adding a switch

Default bed light constant on and question about acc

I believe you can get the bed light to stay on by pressing and holding up (right) on the instrument cluster dimmer rocker switch. I discovered this while playing with my gauges. It will also turn on interior lights. Bed light will automatically turn off whenever the vehicle is in motion.

I am also trying to hook an accessory fuse block into my 2012 f150 and would like my accessories to come on in the accessory or run position. Did you guys successfully connect your accessory to the ignition switch? I would probably use a relay to send power signal to accessory circuit if you have had success with it

Default Find accessory wire

Bump. Can anyone find the accessory wire for an 09 f150 XL? I keep finding the constant wire which is red and white but not the accessory. I found a red and yellow wire too but I think that may be constant too as I tested it with my voltmeter and it still has a constant 12 volts while the ignition is switched off.

Use fuse number 38. It's simpler.
