Default 12 volt power access

I have a 2013 F-150 Lariat 4WD. It does not have DRL on it. I am wanting to add 2 LED pods on either side of front tag holder. Is there a place under the hood to access 12v that will come on and off with the ignition switch? If not where can I access power for these lights. Thanks.
