Are the '12 grilles interchangeable?

Are the '12 grilles interchangeable?
I'm not a big fan of the Platinum grill and found a local guy selling a chrome Lariat grill. Is this a direct swap or are modifications required?

Its cool that Ford has some many different grills that we could possible choose from. Personally the Platinum grill is my favorite. It is one of the main reasons I went to the Platinum over the King Ranch. But I understand everyone has different tastes.
