Default $11k+ off sticker brand new '13

Spent this past saturday at a local dealer offering 10k off f150s in inventory regardless of trim level. I'm looking at sterling grey fx2 supercrews 5.0 with a sticker of $40,900. After rebates and no further negotiation i got a price of 30,400 quoted to me on a '13 fx2 supercrew, cloth, 5.0, 3.31 e-locker, rear camera.
I also have the $750 coupon from the brochure that they dont know about that tacks on to the 10k off + $500 recent college grad discount. So total i have $11,250 in rebates off a brand new '13. This gives me a price of 29,700 on a $40k sticker before TT&L.
$29,700 seems to be a good deal on brand new truck comparing them to used '11 and '12s going for 26-28k. It also seems to me it may even be below invoice pricing. Do you think i have any further wiggle room for negotiating?
Any negotiating tactics/tips would also be appreciated. First time buyer.

I think your getting a pretty good deal if you can get that price. I was also able to get 11k off sticker on my truck when I bought it. You can always see if they will come down anymore but I think that might be the best you'll get.

Before you start thinking there more fat on this turkey, did you ask the dealer how they came up with the $10k in discounts. Many dealers add every rebate under the sun on that price, even rebates you dont qualify for. Your $750 owner coupon is good but ask before you assume the new grad is not added in.

its 8500 dealer incentive, 1500 ford credit, 500 college grad = $10500 off, plus my 750 i havent told them i have so will negotiate without it and slap it on em last minute.

I'd check the applicability of the 750 voucher and the new grad, etc.. When I bought not many of those are able to be combined. I know they are always changing how all that works, but just an FYI. At 10k off a 13 I wouldn't worry about those discounts too much!

Last August I struggled to get 8-9k off a leftover 2012 XLT 5.0 in Denver area. Granted it was a 6.5' box with 3.73 Locker.

All about location and time of year here.

You won't get 10k off a '13 in Colorado right now.
