Default 110V Outlet Question

Anyone know if I would be able to power a portable air-compressor with the outlet in a Platinum? My TT is stored in a rv lot and I'm taking it out this week but the tires need air and I don't want to risk driving it to a truck stop which is 10 miles away. Never had any luck with the machines in gas stations. Thinking of buying a cheap $99 one from Lowe's.

My air compressor runs on a 12V cigarette lighter plug. The 110V would depend on the current draw of the air compressor motor. Compare the "I" draw of the air compressor to the truck outlet rating.
