Default 09 king ranch leather

I'm fairly knew here so excuse me if this is covered somewhere else, I tried to do the search for it but didn't find anything. I have just traded my 08 xlt for a 09 king ranch which I am really liking so far even with 90000 mi. The truck is in good shape and with 331 gears will get 18.2-5 on the hwy 16.5 in city if you treat it right. My question is about the leather, it is not bad but shows some scuffing and I would like to clean it, maybe dye and condition it. I can tell it has been sprayed before because of some over spray in places. What are some methods and products you have used with success? Thanks, Robert

You need to use the king ranch conditioner on the seats. These seats scratch/scuff really easily. My buddy has a 2011 and the seats are already kind of warn. Not sure about the spray your referring too.

I had an 03 f350 King Ranch I bought new, the seats did fade over the years and they will scuff and spot with water etc. I talked to a couple different leather shops and they told me if they re dyed the seats that it would wear off on clothes etc. they said the whole hide is dyed in the factory, there's nothing other than leather conditioner they would recommend. Just think of those seats as a well worn saddle.
