Default 09 f150 modifications

Well I just purchased an 09 f150 supercrew. Red with tan at the bottom. First is new wheels and tires. Going for 18s with 33 inch tires. But I need to level it out. Which level kits are the best to buy? Thinking about 2.5 up front with 1.5 in the back. Thank y'all so mu h as I'm new to the truck scene.

Lots of opinions, but if you want to spend money and get the 'best', Bilstein 5100's would be the way to go.

You don't need to install a levelling kit to clear 33" tires if you have a 4x4 BTW.

Sorry. I have a 2wd. I guess what I'm asking is what's the difference between all the choices?

Some like the Bilstien 5100's, some like the Rancho rsx9000xl's. I have the Rancho loaded 2'' quick lift with matching rear shocks and their myride controller, and I am super impressed with the ride on and off road, I can really tell a difference if I forget to change from the highway setting to the offroad setting when driving down lease roads to the rig. The myride controller is wireless and allows you to adjust the shock setting without crwling under the truck. Pics of before and after are in my garage. I run 305/65/18 BFG's with no rubbing at all.

Do as much research as you can before you buy, I've read pros and cons to every leveling system mentioned on this site. It seems everyone is partial to what they are running on their own rig. I'm sure I am too, but I can tell you Rancho rides better than stock on my setup.

Thank y'all for the responses. I'm looking for quality as well as price. I will look into both sets y'all have mentioned.
