I have a 3015 with custom tunes can I put those tunes on the new x4 or do I need to buy new ones

You can get the custom tunes you have currently loaded on the new X4, just have to email whomever you got the custom tunes from and have them update the tunes to the serial number of the new X4 tuner you would be using. Most places will do that for free or small charge since it's a minor update.
